If it were set to a particular media, one different than what you selected in the driver, I believe you would get an alert asking if you want to ignore the discrepancy. Your profile probably came with specific directions regard driver settings, including the media setting. But I believe the file will be handed off to the printer as RGB anyway, so the most accurate representation of the file on print will be to do the same as you would for an RGB file with your profile.
