Digital BW, The Print

I am very interested in the Barry Thornton book "Elements of Transition." David Lee 
indicates he can help those interested by writing him "off list." I am new to chat 
groups and I wasn't able to figure out how to write David directly.

Can anybody help me find his email address? Or can anybody give me information 
about the book "Elements of Transition"?
