Need help printing BW with Epson 4000

I use windows XP home addition and Photoshop 7. I want to know what 
steps people are using to use the profile that came with the printer 
(epson 4000) for BW printing on Enhanced MAtte paper, starting with 
print preview, and what to select once in the printer software? Thanks
