I had this problem with the MIS UT carts in my 2200. I think it may be the foam filled MIS carts that is causing this and I understand that MIS has some new 2200 carts coming in that are foam free. Hopefully, these new carts will solve this problem of intermittent nozzle blocking from air in the foam.
