Tom, Same thing happened to me. My message was: >cmd /c "C:\Program Files\QuadToneRIP\bin\quadtoneprint" 'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. and the problem was as you described: nothing in the bin folder! I too installed the same way you did, anmd got the same "The system cannot find the path specified" message three times. So I merely ran the zip folder again, copied those three files into the bin folder already in the QTR program bin folder and now problem solved! I'm printing my 4th print now experiementing with cool, sepia and neutral on EEM and PR. So far so good, 'cept being used to so much BO printing lately the prints do not look as sharp. That's the cost of smooth tones and no dots I guess. I was simply unzipping and double clicking on InstallQuadTone. When I extracted the file it created a QuadTonePCbeta1 folder. Then I opened InstallQuadTone and the same files were created in C:\Programs but now the bin file has imagetoraster.exe, quadtoneprint.bat and quadtoprinter.exe. I don't get the, "The system cannot find the path specified", message this time. The other folders are still empty. Sound OK? Thanks again for your help. Tom
