Digital BW, The Print

I purchased the QuadTone RIP for Windows xp and am quite happy with 
the results.  (The matte prints are excellent; although 
glossy/luster prints show a huge amount of bronzing, they show 
>>NO<< metamerism at all, and that's the most important thing for 
me.)  However, although I just downloaded beta 3, I can't get Epson 
2200 roll prints to work.  I tried the following two switches in the 
Print-2200.bat file:

set PAGE=Custom.13x26in
set ORIENTATION=landscape

but it seems that the spool file isn't being written.  (I also 
reversed the 13 and 26 in the PAGE line, but to no avail.)  Any 
ideas?
