Digital BW, The Print

I uninstalled ver. 0.11 using the control panel uninstall program
utility.  Then installed 0.12 and still got the rtl60 message.  I then
tried it a second time.  Same thing.  :-(

Some of you who thought you downloaded QTRgui version 0.12 may have got
through in the window while it was being uploaded. (At least one that still
had the rtl60.bpl issue was still on version 0.11) Check the version
displayed in the title bar. If it is not 0.11, try the download again. To
the best of my knowledge, this version does fix the rtl60.bpl problem.
