Well, I'd LIKE to have the latest and greatest, but some things mean absolutely nothing to me. I can't imagine when I'd ever use any mode but single shot. And I doubt very much if I'd ever use 1/8000th of a Second. But I wonder what it would be like to have a 16 megapixel camera? I'm sure it will happen someday, but I'm sure I won't be around to enjoy it. I believe Kodachrome has a resolution of 12 megapixels. I've read that more than once. My Gawd, 8 frames per second is nearly movie speed. It would be quite difficult NOT to get the exact moment of action a sports photographer always dreams of. If I were interested in sports, I too, would LOVE to have that feature! Jerry It WOULD be nice to have a flash that would synch at any speed though. Jerry DPO, H.P. This camera's key feature is a fast frame speed. Most useful for motorsports, sports, and other PJs who have to catch the image and get paid on results. > > For amateur users, it is overkill....unless you like to spend money freely...or have the latest and greatest. > > Steadman > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Jerry Olson > To: DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com > Sent: Friday, October 26, 2001 3:36 PM > Subject: Re: [Digital BW] Problems with Piezo?
