imagetoraster error in QTRgui

I'm wondering if anyone encountered this, and how they resolved it.  
I downloaded and installed QTRgui v0.13.  Whenever I try to print, I 
get the standard windows error box, saying a problem has been 
encountered with imagetoraster.exe, at which point the application 
closes.  If anyone has suggestions on how I might try to resolve 
this, I would appreciate it!  Thanks
