Has anyone tried Power Retouche's Black & White Studio plug-in, and 
if so what are your thoughts?  
I'm especailly interested to know if theres any image degradation...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
