Many people have said that the inter-printer variation is high with the 3000 and that if you get a "good" one it will run trouble free but if you don't it can be frustrating. I only have experience with one. > 2) Are other people having any luck w/ the 3000? I'm not sure it helps much but I've been using the Piezotones in my 3000 for a year or so without any problems. The black always produces a good nozzle check. If there is going to be a nozzle that needs a cleaning cycle it will be the Cyan. Also, others have noted (anecdotally) environmental issues like humidty (more is better) that can affect ink/head problems.
