Martin, Thanks for your reply. That's good info, but unfortunately there is no way I can for see affording the Piezo software in the near or distant future. I bought my Epson 860 for $50, so buying a $295 piece of software just seems absurd. I'm sure it's a nice product but priced far out of reach of a staving student/artist. As for Woolf's workflow, it seems ok, though up till now I've been using MIS's original Quadtones with Chris Brandin's workflow and I'm quite used to it. The theory behind Chris's workflow (serperating tones and assigning the appropriate coorisponding color) seems more logical than letting the epson driver renderthe image from a drastically darkened source (Woolf's workflow).
