Digital BW, The Print

Can someone direct me as to how to use Windex (I assume any glas cleaner will do) to
clear a nozzle on my 2100. I can't get the Magenta to work. I have printed the MIS purge
pattern several times but it is still not sucking any Magenta thru from my CFS - I can see a
gap in the tubing near the top of the cartridge.
