Digital BW, The Print

I'm confused.  I read a post a couple of days ago where the poster 
spoke of refilling MIS Ultratone 7 carts for an Epson 2200.  I've 
looked at the MIS site and don't see a refilling kit for UT 7 carts 
for the Epson 2200.  (I'm NOT talking about a CIS here. Only about 
refilling the ink filled UT 7 carts.)

Does anyone know whether the MIS Ultratone 7 cartridges for the 2200 
in fact are refillable?  Anyone know if MIS has a kit for it because 
I can't find one for the 2200 on their website?  Is there maybe some 
way of refilling the carts for the 2200 without an MIS kit???
