Re: [Digital BW] Power Retouche B&W plug in

2004-09-19 by A. Huntley

Hi Steve,

I've used Power Retouche's B&W plugin since it was introduced. I find it
very intuitive and has quite a few features that help make B&W conversions
easier. To be honest, everything this plugin does, as with most tools, could
be done in Photoshop, albeit with quite a bit of work! My only
complaint--and I have the same complaint with most of the PS plugins out
there--the preview is not large enough. Highly recommended.

Subject: [Digital BW] Power Retouche B&W plug in

Has anyone tried Power Retouche's Photoshop B&W plug-in? It appears
to have some neat features. I've read that Fred Miranda's B&W Pro
Workflow causes pretty severe image degaradation, so I'm a little
hesitant to use any of theses B&W plug-ins...
