Why doesn't the firewall stop it?

How did it get past your firewall?

I block essentially all incoming traffic at the firewall for desktop
client machines.  Doesn't everyone?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
