I think Granny 2000p is about to shed her last drop of ink. I,ve cleaned all i can see to clean and then some, even took the head assembly out and wiped it off thoroughly. Tried reinstalling Pshop and different versions of its drivers to no avail. That magenta line just keeps rearing its ugly head, mocking me, laughing at my every attempt banish it to it's maker. Even BO offered me no relief... Is there anything else I can try before sending her to the bone yard? Any takers? john
