Digital BW, The Print

Hello folks,

I have recently begun getting scratches on Epson Heavyweight Matte 
paper when printing an image. I've set the paper thickness to the 
setting "O" from "+" and don't notice any difference, so can someone 
help me with other solutions short of removing the metal wheels 
altogether.
