I was excited by the hype for this paper and bought a box. The shop (SilverPrint in London - highly recommended) were kind enough to give me a few loose sheets to try before I opened it. I'm currently using a VM inkset in a 1290 but I have some PK for printing on glossy paper. I use Tyler Boley's curves. I tried both Eboni and PK in the black position - the results were OK (better with PK). Some bronzing and not very impressive DMax (I have no way to measure). I can't really recommend this combination. It did look quite like air-dried glossy FB. I can imagine that if you use Lyson inks and the paper lives up to the hype, you might have a winner. I've also asked Lyson for a sample print. They sent me a sample on different paper. I swapped the paper for a box of PhotoRag. Wow. I was also given a sample pack of some Oriental Seagull paper. This worked much better (a little bronzing and quite good Dmax) but has a high gloss finish so probably doesn't offer what your after. Good luck in your search - please let us know if you find a result.
