Digital BW, The Print

I am trying to follow Dan's method for printing silver digital 
negatives using a PC and an Epson 2200.

The screen shots that he provides on his companion disc and web site 
for the printer settings are for a Mac and I'm not sure how to put 
them in using Print with Preview on a PC.

Perhaps a PC and 2200 user could help. I can of course set Color 
Management and Same as Source on the first page of Print With 
Preview but after that I'm not sure.

I have emailed Dan but I understand he is a busy guy.
