Re: [Digital BW] using art papers(new product)

2004-10-12 by Anders Jonsson

Hi there everyone!
This is a very interesting and good topic, "non
traditional art papers", and I can actually offer a US
made product with fine art paper coating, 15 mil
thickness, brightwhite, substrait made out of spun
linnen, looks on the back like what Lara describes on
the other media, and rated over 100 years longivety.
Brand new product, comes in cut sheet 8.5x11 up to 50"
rolls. Low price due to low cost of substrait
material. This is not a traditional paper, but has a
fine art feel and performance when printing. I have
just tested it and this is something uniqe on the
market. 50 sheets of letter size media is $25.00
All standard photo sizes are available, and one of my
favorites are 20x24 cut sheets.
I have profiles ready for it soon for those who wants
to test it. You cannot tear the material, and it is
waterfast, works with laser color printers as well,
and I have seen/made fantastic results. You can even
backlit this material if you prefer, in front of a
window or just display it traditionally front lit.

Pricing is almost done for all sizes and the material
is available. Epson, HP and Canon are the printers I
have tested it on, desktop and wide format, using OEM
settings and profiles.

I am located in Los Angeles.

Thank you!

Anders
