Digital BW, The Print

Just installed QRT on a Windows XP platform running a 2200/UC and 
it's working smoothly -- except for long printing times. In timing 
the epson driver with a 5X7 print I get 3:40; the same print takes 
6:10 using QRT. Is this normal or is there a setting that I've 
missed? Thanks for any help.
