Digital BW, The Print

Using the Epson 2200 with QTR (Mac) a 5x7 (360 ppi) took about 3:20.  
Resolution and dither settings will significantly affect printing time, 
as will your processor speed and RAM.  I used 1440 Super resolution, 
High Speed: Faster, and Ordered dither algorithim.  I used a "slow" Mac 
G4 with 768 MB RAM.
