I think it is a serious contender for affordable 13" B&W printing.

I don't want to oversell the machine, however.  The 2200, for example, is an
excellent product.  If one wants a variable-tone printer for matte and
glossy work, the 2200 is the top of the heap, but considerably more
expensive.  I have no current plans to write curves for controlling a
variable-tone inkset in the 2000P.  So, it's aimed at the monotone UT-FS and
FSN inksets.
