Digital BW, The Print

Hi,

I've mapped my Epson 2100 through Quadtone RIP with the correct 
profiles downloaded from the web - installation as per the standard 
described in the readme. 

Now my problem - I can print, but the image takes up only a fraction 
of the paper. I use the QTRgui frontend, but the problem remains 
even if I print using the BAT file - the image is not much bigger 
than a thumbnail even though I print having specified an A4 sheet 
with no margins in QTRgui. 

I see that the readme file makes reference to having to save your 8-
bit grayscale tiff file with the correct dimensions for your print. 
Can someone please explain exactly what that means, as I have a 
suspicion that is what is causing my problem (using Photoshop 7).
