I am using the Epson Stylus Pro 7000.

I think you are right. The instructions that were given to me never get me to KK2 
procedure but rather something called head clean blowing heads, whatever that is. 

Yes, please send me whatever you have my manual covers everything but this apparently.
I really need to try this today before I order new heads.
