If you only want the MIS original quad warm tone, and you have a workflow that produces prints you like, why change? The variable-tone inkset is for those who like the option of choosing what tone they want. I like cool for my landscapes and warm for my old photo reproductions, for example. The MIS VM approach is also the only pigmented quad (that is pre-mixed) that can give you neutral tones, as far as I know. Paul http://www.PaulRoark.com
