Digital BW, The Print

I am as I write his removing my print heads and dampers from an Epson 7000. What I am 
doing is soaking them overnight in an attempt to save them rather than replacing them. I 
have a clog from hell in changing over to carbon pigment inks. 

My question is should I soak them in Windex or Fantasic. I have heard some reports that 
Fantastic works better. If so how should I dilute either of these cleansers.
