Hi Bill, Your original post said "a new image set up with the same resolution (360) at a size of 8.5x11". This is what Josh was getting at. It doesn't matter that the borders are all white and the "useful" image is smaller. If the total image size is greater than the paper minus the margins the image will be split into pieces.
