Digital BW, The Print

I am working in OS 10.2.6 latest epson driver using QTR 2.0beta9 and want to 
print on a custom paper size.  Is this possible?  When in epson driver I choose 
page setup  choose custom and create 11X12.  I then hit print and it spools it 
but never prints.  If I choose a preset paper size it works fine.   Any work 
arounds?
