Digital BW, The Print

I just received a set of UT7 inks for my 2100.  What is the best way 
to use them?  Up till now, I have been using Black Only with the 
standard Epson driver with v good resutlts.  Could I just use this 
driver in color mode? Or should I try QTR?  Having very limited time, 
I am concerned that to get QTR up and running might exceed my time 
budget at the moment.
