Sounds like some progress.  Have you read the MIS page called "How To
Kill An Epson Printer"?  It says something about printing something
that requires all heads to fire after 3 cleaning cycles before doing
any more cleanings, etc.  I'd do that and then do more
cleanings...just keep at it with the PK ink.
