So I printed to a tif file. Reading this again carefully, I think I see your problem. The custom paper size in the Epson 2200 driver is irrelevant, because you're not using the printer driver. To set the page size, first you have to choose "Print to File" in Qimage and set the TIFF file dimensions (inches and DPI). As I said in my last post, my suggestion is to set this to entire printable area of your page, i.e. it's physical size minus the margins. Then in QTRGui, you set the actual physical size of the page. If you follow this approach you don't position the image(s) on the printed page in QTRGui. The placement of the image(s) on the printed page is handled entirely inside Qimage. My suggestion is also to choose "Centered" in QTRGui, which centres the TIFF output file from Qimage on the page. This shouldn't be necesary, but avoids any problems with uneven margins. This approach means that you are in effect using Qimage as the layout half of a RIP, and QTR(Gui) as the printer driver half. F_P
