Qimage resamples up to 720 ppi (not dpi) for Epson desktop printers regardless of the incoming image resolution. So I agree it would be a bit counterproductive to do any resampling before handing off to Qimage, since one of Qimage's strengths is the use of superior interpolation schemes than the ones available in PS, etc. > I've had problems with PS->QTRGui where I've had a > landscape image, told QTRGui I'm using landscape orientation, > putting the paper into the 2100 as a landscape, and it's > a) printed it as a portrait, and b) cut off half of it by > starting halfway up the paper (even halfway up a portrait > piece of paper). It sounds as though you were trying to feed sheets to the printer in "landscape" orientation (i.e., the long edge first). Why were you doing that? The printer driver (and, I assume QTR) assumes that the paper is fed only one way (with short edge first). No wonder you had problems. Phil Phil
