I've been able to download Epson driver upgrades, Vuescan upgrades, noise ninja software, Roark curves, and a number of other programs and plug-ins to my office computer, burn to a CD and then load on my home computer from the CD (I only have dial-up at home).  Give it a try.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
