I bought a used C84 and some EZ inks a while back. I didn't have time to play with it for a long time and it just sat on the floor. A couple of weeks ago I hooked it up and ran a nozzle test. There were a bunch of problems, so I've been working my way through a combination of cleaning cycles, test images, and patient waiting to see if they'll work their way loose. I've given up and am exploring my next step. On my 1160 I can put a little windex on the cleaning/parking pad, and/or sop extra ink up from the pad with an absorbent wipe. Is there a "procedure of last resort" for the C84? g.
