Digital BW, The Print

MIS now has the new poppet carts for the 2200 & C82.  These appear to be
like the C84/C86 carts I've been using.  They're hot.  

 

This is the easiest, most flexible system I've used.  With the caveat that
on an initial fill, pulling the air out the outlet is needed, these carts
have been perfect.  To pull the air bubble out after the first non-vacuum
fill, I use a shortened bottom fill adapter and have the cart upside down.
After the first fill, it's just a matter of pulling the cork and filling the
reservoir as needed. 

 

Interchanging carts (Eboni matte K  v. Photo K, & B&W v. color) has become
much more practical with these carts.
