Ink Blobs from Epson 1280

Can I get some assistance?  My 1280 prints are getting ink blobs on the last edges 
with UT-2 inks and this occurance happens on Epson Enhanced Matte.  The print 
looks fine.  6x10 on 8x11 paper. The ink is at the paper edge, not the image edge.  
This is not clogging and my system is not CFS
