You need to de-curl the paper before it goes in the printer.  This 
symptom appears quite often with paper that is curled.  I believe some 
printers include a de-curling piece of plastic for you to roll up the 
curled paper in the opposite direction to the curl, thus straightening 
it out.  Hope this helps.
