That was my POINT!! He said he wants to leave it behind to make it "easy" for people in the future to see his images. My point was that he's making it HARD for them by imposing the burden of HAVING to convert it to newer formats. remeber, HE wasn't volunteering to do it; he's going to be in his grave. he expects others in the future to do the work. What I'm saying is that if he wants to leave his art to posterity he should be asking what form he can leave it in that will last the longest with the LEAST amount of ongoing work.
