Digital BW, The Print

Fist my congratulations for such a great enthusiasm and work to all 
of you. This is such a great forum and place to learn about the 
fascinating world of B&W printing. I am new to this forum and B&W 
printing in general, photography is just my hobby, so I do hope some 
of you will be kind enough to help me with short practical advices. 

I need advice which cartridges are compatible with Epson 1270 and 
Image Print 5.6 gray profiles since they are only named as MIS FS in 
Image print profile library.

1. Full Spectrum Quad tone 	 (ARC-T007-QFS   &   ARC-T009-QFS)
2. Full Spectrum Neutral  	 (ARC-T007-FSN   &   ARC-T009-FSN)
3. Variable Mix Quad tone	 (ARC-T007-QVM &   ARC-T009-QVM)
4. Variable Mix Sepia Tone	(ARC-T007-VMS   &   ARC-T009-VMS)

As per my understanding UT-FS and UT-FSN are not yet available for 
1270. When they became available can I used them with Image Print 5.6 
gray profiles.
Please advice me If I use Epson Heavy Matte Paper for proofing ( 
since I will need a lot of practicing), which fine art paper with 
High Dmax I can use for actual printing. 
I like Image Print 5.6 because of its use of use, Is it possible 
custom profiles to be created with UT-2 inset since that will be 
ideal solution for me. Sorry if the question is just stupid.
