Digital BW, The Print

Have installed the program correctly I believe.  When I drag an image 
on to the program icon it indicates that all is well except that when 
I hit "print" it says "access denied".  Have talked to Roy and he had 
a couple of ideas which I tried without success.  He works on a Mac 
and I'm on a PC running XP. We have three computers an our network at 
home and the network works fine.   Has anyone out there run into this 
and found a solution?  Thanks.
