Digital BW, The Print

Is this a new restriction? I looked at my other XP machine where I loaded 
QTRgui for testing and was making proof prints on half letter sheets by 
keying in 5.5 and 8 after choosing "custom". In the latest version, I can't 
key in less than "7" and have it take.
