The Epson driver for the 2200 lets custom paper sizes be defined down
to 3.5x3.5 inches.

The maximum sizes are 12.95x129 inches (hmm! 12.95 multiplied by
72.27/72 is 13 inches; that slight difference between Adobe points and
actual points again). Can't say I have blown 11 feet of paper to see
if it actually prints that long but I vaguely remember more than 44
inches which is the current QuadToneRIP PPD limit.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
