You really have no control over how an image appears online, because practically everyone will be viewing it in a non-color-managed program like Internet Explorer. About the best you can do is to convert to sRGB, since that's intended to be a good approximation of a "typical" display. To mimic the gamut limitations of the printer, I suppose you could convert to the print space, and then convert to sRGB.
