The answer is simple and has been mentioned here many times.  The 2100 Mac
driver can not do Black Only to RC paper.  It prints with all the inks.
This is not the case when MK is installed.

I would suggest that all those who are fans of Black Only printing start
griping to Epson.  If the R800 driver is anything to go by, Black Only
printing is a dying cause ie it will not be supported by Epson in future
drivers - UNLESS you speak up now.  I raised the MAC 2100 MK BO issue with
Epson UK Tech Support and they weren't even aware of the difference.....nor
did they bother to make any changes.
