Try this :
Switch off both PC and printer, disconnect the printer cord and start again.

  I have an Epson 890 with a continuous ink system. The system has been 
  working perfectly for three years now. Yesterday I canceled a printing job, and 
  from then on the red light won't go away. I've tried reseating the cartridges, but 
  nothing seems to work. Is there a way to reset the printer?
