Digital BW, The Print

I have a 2200 and have only used EEM so far as I have been learning 
about digital black & white. Presently I used PS and QTR.

I shot a series of photos last month that I am to print and display 
in a coffee shop next year. I expect that I will make 8x10 or 10x12 
prints, mount each on a larger piece of foam core (or something), 
and hang them unframed.

What paper considerations and/or recommendations can the group offer 
me for the most attractive prints.
