Digital BW, The Print

Hi all,

A bit out of topic but might be useful to every one.
My Eps4000 tells me the ink trash is full. I pull it out and it is 
far from being full.
 
 - First question do you know any site where I could find this spare 
ref C12C890071 at a reasonable price ?

 - Second, there is an electronic chip on the side, very similar to 
the cartridges chip, can we find a resetter somewhere ?
