I was very pleased with these combinations until about six months ago when for some reason I no longer could make a neutral print, everything had a magenta tinge to it, kind of like a fiber base paper in a traditional darkroom that was left in selenium toner too long. After trying everything I could think of to fix the problem including discussions with MIS and Paul Roark (both of whom were very accessible and very nice) I gave up and installed QTR and QTRGui in a Windows XP computer using a 2200 printer and Epson UC inks (except for the black which is MIS Eboni). I couldn't be happier with the results. When I want dead-on neutral I can get it, when I want a little warmth or a little cool I can easily do that too. So far I've used only EEM paper. I initially had problems installing QTR in a computer with an older Windows system but when I switched to a computer with Windows XP it was easy to install and run with Gui. However, I haven't yet been able to successfully install the latest version of QTR so at the moment I'm still running the older version, which is fine with me, the things the new version added aren't important to me.
